Project Manager - Private Markets - Alternative Investments - eFront Implementation - Permanent - London - Asset/Wealth Management Change & Transformation - #2087702

A top London-based Asset Manager is looking for an experienced Asset Management Project Manager with good systems implementation experience and Alternative Investments experience (Private Markets) to lead the end-to-end implementation of eFront.

Permanent position, up to £120K + bonus, pension and benefits

Must have:

1. Strong PM experience
2. Strong systems implementation experience
3. Asset Management experience
4. Strong experience managing multiple workstreams

Nice to have:

1. Alternative Investments experience / Private Markets experience
2. eFront experience or experience with a similar system, for instance Simcorp, MSCI, Allvue, Charles River

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive the alignment of the eFront platform with key transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing the operating framework, streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling growth in the private markets and alternative investment sectors.
2. Oversee and maintain strong collaboration and communication with internal Technology and Data teams, external implementation partners, and the eFront vendor to ensure project deliverables are achieved within the agreed scope, timelines, and quality parameters.
3. Work closely with Business Operations teams to transform operational model needs into detailed system requirements, ensuring the system configuration aligns with strategic goals and avoids unnecessary customisations.
4. Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and team capacity across multiple disciplines to support successful project delivery.
5. Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders from front office, operations, risk, finance, technology, and external vendor teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of objectives.
