Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm
Working Pattern: Office based with travel to sites across the UK
A fast growing retail and ecommerce business is looking for a highly organised Fit Out Project Coordinator to support its continued expansion across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing property team and play an important role in the delivery of new store openings, concession launches, maintenance projects and ongoing improvements across the retail estate.
You will support projects from the initial planning stage through to completion, helping to ensure timelines, budgets and documentation are managed effectively. You will also work closely with internal teams, contractors, designers and external suppliers.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination* Support the delivery of store fit outs from planning through to opening
* Assist with tendering processes, gathering quotes and preparing information for review
* Coordinate communication with contractors, designers, joinery partners and other suppliers
* Arrange site visits and support travel requirements during project periods
* Track timelines and highlight potential delays or risks
* Maintain project trackers, dashboards and CapEx documentation
* Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders
* Coordinate snagging processes and ensure outstanding issues are resolved
* Maintain organised records of layouts, drawings and specifications
* Support post project reviews and identify potential improvements
* Assist with monitoring project spend and highlighting potential cost risks
* Help track invoices, payments and departmental costs
* Support the preparation of project budgets and financial reporting
* Coordinate maintenance requests across the retail estate
* Ensure issues are logged, followed up and resolved efficiently
* Work closely with retail and facilities teams to support ongoing store requirements
* Maintain accurate internal databases relating to store needs and orders
You will be organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time. You should be confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate project records.
Experience within retail fit outs, construction coordination, property support, facilities, store development or a similar project environment would be beneficial.
