Our client is a well-capitalised international investment and development group with an extensive real estate platform and a proven track record of delivering landmark projects across multiple markets. As part of its continued global expansion, the firm is seeking to appoint a Vice President / Director to join its London office, focusing on opportunistic real estate investments and developments worldwide. What the job involves

This is a highly entrepreneurial role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions and asset classes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior decision-makers to identify, evaluate and execute investments across key international markets.

• Originate and assess opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally
• Lead financial analysis, underwriting and preparation of investment committee materials
• Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes from inception to completion
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, lenders and external advisors
• Monitor portfolio performance and oversee value creation initiatives
• Contribute to the development of investment strategy and expansion into new markets

• Significant experience in real estate private equity, principal investing, development or investment banking
• Strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills
• Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to source and execute complex investment opportunities
• Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
