This an opportunity for ambitious Graduates to join an established market-leading Executive Search Firm, with a global presence and offices in London, New York and Hong Kong.

The Role:

  • Create high-quality reports, formatting CV’s and other client-facing and internal presentations
  • Develop market maps at regional and global level that contain accurate organisational structures
  • Supporting client meetings on active searches with relevant market content
  • Begin to develop a network of professionals in the market you specialise in
  • Conducting phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and present qualified candidates to the lead Consultant, Principal, Partner you work closely with

About you:

  • 2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick or Russell Group university and strong A level results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Determination to succeed in a competitive industry
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
