Executive Assistant - #2090209

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join an ambitious clean-tech start-up at a pivotal stage of growth.

Working directly with the CEO, you'll play a key role in helping scale an innovative business that is challenging industry norms through science, sustainability and commercial innovation.

This is far more than a traditional EA position. You'll become a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting investor relations, fundraising activity, media enquiries, shareholder communications and day-to-day business operations.

• Managing the CEO's diary, priorities and scheduling
• Coordinating UK and international travel
• Supporting fundraising and investor engagement activities
• Managing shareholder communications and administration
• Handling media enquiries and external stakeholder requests
• Preparing meeting materials, presentations and board documentation
• Supporting strategic projects and business initiatives
• Acting as a key point of coordination across the business

• Previous experience supporting a CEO, founder or senior executive
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, investors and external partners
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Start-up or scale-up experience
• Exposure to fundraising or investor relations
• Experience managing media enquiries or corporate communications
• International business experience
