We are collaborating with a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency seeking a Junior to Midweight Designer to support campaign rollouts, social media, and digital content production.

This role is not concept-led; it is ideal for someone who thrives when working hands-on, at pace, and consistently delivers high-quality static graphic design work across multiple projects.

If you have experience creating static assets for social content, campaigns, or digital designs and enjoy the delivery aspect of creative work, this opportunity will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing graphic assets for campaign rollouts across digital platforms and social media
• Supporting paid social and performance-driven creative outputs
• Managing a high volume of work with tight turnaround times
• Collaborating closely with the wider creative team to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years’ experience in design, either agency or in-house
• Strong foundation in digital media, social media, and campaign design
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple briefs simultaneously
• A portfolio that demonstrates clean execution and practical, real-world projects

You are not required to meet all; if you have relevant experience and confidence in your work, coupled with a high quality portfolio for someone of 1-4 years experience, we encourage you to apply.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a senior or lead creative position
• Not primarily concept or branding-focused
• Not suitable for candidates specialising solely in art direction

Package

• £170 per day (approximately £40,000+ equivalent)
• Immediate or prompt start
• Flexible working arrangements - hybrid is availble London HQ
