The Role

• Deliver robust analytics to support key business decisions, using internal and external data sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to track performance and KPIs
• Lead analytical projects including A B testing, cohort analysis, segmentation, and trend analysis
• Use advanced SQL to query and manipulate large datasets within a data warehouse environment
• Develop repeatable analytical workflows using Python to improve efficiency and consistency
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, quality checks, and clear documentation
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics, definitions, and outputs

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in analytics within a data-rich environment
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
• Experience using Python for analysis, automation, and reproducible workflows
• Experience with A B testing and experimental design
• Strong understanding of data modelling, KPIs, and performance measurement
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision making
• Experience managing data quality and working with complex datasets
