The role
Movin Legal Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team on a UK-wide basis.
This is a relationship-led sales role, focused on promoting the services of our panel of conveyancing law firms to both new and existing clients. You will manage your own diary, arrange meetings and build strong relationships with mortgage brokers, estate agents and other key contacts.
The role will involve a mix of face-to-face meetings, remote appointments and telephone conversations. You will be confident presenting services clearly, demonstrating our easy-to-use web-based portal and following a structured sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new mortgage brokers and estate agents
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Manage key accounts within your own ledger
- Arrange and attend face-to-face, remote and telephone meetings
- Present Movin Legal’s conveyancing services clearly and professionally
- Demonstrate the company’s web-based portal to potential clients
- Follow the company sales process
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Provide weekly sales activity reports
- Attend shows and events when required
- Share feedback that may help improve sales and the client journey

Movin Legal Limited works with a panel of conveyancing law firms, helping mortgage brokers and estate agents offer conveyancing and related services to their clients.
Our office is based at The Offices, Bradley Fell Farm, Wylam, Northumberland, NE41 8JN. This role is being advertised UK-wide.

The person
You will be a confident and professional Business Development Manager who enjoys speaking with people and building useful, lasting relationships.
You should be comfortable meeting decision makers, explaining services clearly and working independently. Experience with mortgage brokers, estate agents, conveyancing or professional services would be helpful.
You will also need to be organised, self-motivated and able to keep clear records of your activity.
