We are a UK commercial finance broker that helps small and medium-sized businesses access funding by matching them with the right lenders. We are looking for a freelance Partnerships Manager to build and manage referral relationships with accountants and bookkeepers across the UK, with a particular focus on practices that serve Pakistani and Indian community businesses.

You will be the face of our company face to these professional firms: reaching out, building trust, explaining how our funding solutions help their clients, and securing ongoing referral partnerships. Each accountant or bookkeeper you sign becomes a recurring source of qualified SME funding leads that we pass to our lender panel.

What you'll do
  • Identify and build a pipeline of UK accountants and bookkeepers, prioritising firms serving South Asian (Pakistani & Indian) community businesses.
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person/community events to introduce us and our partner proposition.
  • Explain how business funding (loans, asset finance, invoice finance, merchant cash advances, etc.) benefits their clients, and how referring to us is simple and rewarding.
  • Sign accountants and bookkeepers as active referral partners and onboard them onto our referral process.
  • Nurture relationships so partners send a steady flow of qualified leads, not just a one-off introduction.
  • Act as the relationship point of contact, keeping partners informed and engaged.
  • Keep clean records of outreach, conversations, and partner status in our CRM/tracker.
Who we're looking for
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder, comfortable with cold and warm outreach.
  • An established network among, or proven ability to build relationships with, UK accountants and bookkeepers — particularly those serving Pakistani and Indian community businesses.
  • Practical knowledge of these business communities and how to reach decision-makers within them.
  • Language skills relevant to these communities (e.g. Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati) are a strong advantage, as some partners prefer to build relationships in their first language.
  • Understanding of, or quick ability to learn, UK SME business finance products.
  • Self-starter who thrives on a commission-only, performance-driven model.
  • Based in the UK with the right to work; able to attend community/networking events where useful.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage a pipeline independently.

Compensation — commission only

This is a freelance, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You are rewarded for the partners you sign and the qualified leads and funded deals they generate. We will agree exact figures with you, but the structure is:

  • Per signed active partner: a fixed bounty when a new accountant/bookkeeper is onboarded and sends their first qualified lead
  • Per qualified lead passed: a payment for each lead that meets our agreed qualification criteria and is accepted into the lender pipeline
  • Per funded deal: a share of the commission we earn when a referred deal completes — your largest earnings driver and uncapped
  • Ongoing residual (optional): a smaller recurring share on repeat business from partners you signed, rewarding you for relationships that keep producing
