The ideal candidate

  • Holds a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education, QTS, or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years’ successful classroom teaching experience
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment Well-organized with excellent time-management abilities
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural school setting
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to the wider school community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Salary Range: Up to 9500 PLN gross

Benefits: 20-26 days of paid vacation per year, health insurance and organisational support in visa/ work permit/ residence permit process
