Now we're hiring a Finance Manager to lead that evolution, taking ownership of core finance delivery, improving month-end performance, and equipping our operational teams with the financial insight they need to make confident commercial decisions.

Lead & Develop Finance for a Fast-Scaling, Global Experiential Retail & Live Events Business:

Teliporter is looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to lead and develop our small finance function, dealing with multiple entity, territory and currency operations. Working alongside the CEO, COO and Fractional CFO, you'll deliver the financial leadership, governance and commercial insight that enables sustainable growth, protects profitability and supports strategic decision making

Become the Commercial Finance Partner Behind Global Growth:

You'll own the day-to-day finance operation while developing scalable controls, reporting and systems. From month-end close and board packs to treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial planning, you'll ensure the business has the financial visibility needed to grow confidently.

Your Focus:

• Financial control, governance and statutory compliance
• Management accounts, board reporting and performance analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting and FP&A
• 13-week cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Working capital, treasury and liquidity management
• Commercial business partnering
• Financial systems, automation and process improvement
• Multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations

Drive Financial Performance Through:

Financial Reporting & Control

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Produce consolidated management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports
• Prepare insightful board reporting packs and KPI analysis
• Maintain robust financial controls, reconciliations and audit readiness
• Support statutory accounts, compliance and governance

Commercial Finance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Provide commercial insight to improve profitability
• Support strategic investment decisions and business planning
• Develop financial models and performance reporting

Treasury, Payroll & Operations

• Manage group cash flow and working capital
• Oversee banking, payments and treasury
• Lead payroll across multiple territories
• Oversee AP, AR and credit control
• Improve systems, reporting and finance processes

What We're Looking For:

You've built your career leading finance within ambitious, high-growth businesses where commercial insight, financial discipline and strategic thinking go hand in hand. You're equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders, presenting to the Board and taking a hands-on approach to improving processes, strengthening controls and driving business performance. You enjoy working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where accountability is high, continuous improvement is expected and your contribution has a direct impact on the success of the business. You’re skills and experience includes:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 5+ years in Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant roles
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury experience
• Payroll, AP and AR leadership
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience
• Advanced Excel with excellent analytical skills
• Xero and Rippling experience advantageous
• Experience working within a high growth, scale up or entrepreneurial business is essential.
• Retail, events, hospitality, marketing or agency background desirable
