Are you looking for an opportunity where qualified opportunities are already being generated, but a growing ClimateTech business needs someone capable of converting complex stakeholder conversations into commercial wins?
We are working exclusively with a pioneering renewable energy and ClimateTech company that employs 15 people and is experiencing significant growth across commercial solar and energy infrastructure projects.
As a result of increasing market demand, particularly from data centres and large-scale commercial property organisations, they are seeking an Account Executive to work directly alongside the founder and take ownership of high-value opportunities. This is a newly created position designed to help scale the commercial function and build a repeatable sales process that supports continued growth.
Working at the centre of the company's commercial activity, you will manage opportunities from discovery through to contract signature, engaging with senior stakeholders across sustainability, facilities, energy, operations and executive leadership teams. You will inherit warm opportunities generated through an established demand generation function and focus on progressing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers. The role offers direct exposure to some of the most exciting developments in renewable energy adoption, net zero initiatives and data centre infrastructure projects.
Success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, navigate commercial discussions, overcome objections and consistently convert pipeline into revenue.
We are interested in speaking with consultative sales professionals who have experience managing longer sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the buying journey. You may currently work within renewable energy, solar, sustainability reporting, ESG solutions, net zero consultancy, energy management, facilities management, property technology or another related B2B environment.
Candidates should be commercially driven, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-growing business where processes continue to evolve. Previous experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, combined with strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in sustainability, renewable energy or ClimateTech, will be highly advantageous.
