A boutique, independent Wealth Management firm in the City is seeking an ambitious Graduate who is eager to build a long-term career in financial planning and wealth management.

This is an entry-level position offering a clear, structured development pathway. You will begin in Adviser Support, gaining hands-on experience across pensions, investments, and protection, while working closely with Advisers who support a high-net-worth client base. Responsibilities will range from LOA’s, dealing with 3rd party providers, onboarding new business and ensuring all documents comply with FCA regulation. You will also prepare client meeting documentation, using FE Analytics. Responsibilities will increase over time and as your knowledge and skills grow.

You will receive comprehensive study support to achieve the Level 4 Diploma, ongoing mentoring, and the opportunity to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role as your skills develop. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, that is fully invested to supporting your development in an entry level role. You must have excellent communications skills, and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
