EA & Operations Manager
Location: London West End
Salary: £50k to £65k per annum
Type: Hybrid working - 3 days in office
Hours: 40 hours per week
I am partnering with a growing investment firm based in the heart of the West End who are seeking a proactive, and organised individual to join their team. This role will see you play an key role in their success supporting with a range of tasks as EA & Operations Manager. This is a broad role with lots of scope that will see you supporting the partners with diary management and travel arrangements alongside key operational tasks to ensure that the business runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, an efficient problem solver and able to tackle a range of tasks.

What you’ll do:
- EA support including diary management, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Act as point of contact for general office management tasks, suppliers, contractors and employees
- Preparing documents, presentations, research and reports
- updating the CRM and preparing information ready for accounting
- Helping to organise any events, assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives
- Process improvement and new process implementation
- We are looking for candidates with experience working for a fast-paced finance company
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative with
- Tech-savvy and strong numeracy skills
- Team player with excellent use of initiative
- Highly desirable if the candidate as worked for a growing start-up.
