Salary: £82,000 - £90,000 + benefits!

My client combine partner-led service with the resources of a major practice in order to excel their employees into success.

What You'll Lead:

• Drive strategic tax planning for ultra-high-net-worth private clients
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals
• Own P&L responsibility for your client portfolio
• Spearhead business development and new client acquisition
• Shape technical strategy and best practices across the department
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key clients

• CTA/ACA qualification with 8+ years senior practice experience
• Proven track record in team leadership and people development
• Strong business development skills with existing client relationships
• Experience managing complex, high-value private client matters
