Financial Controller - #2099915

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Controller to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
• Prepare and automate group financial reporting in line with FRS102
• Manage monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting across multiple entities
• Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, scenario planning, and commercial insights
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of finance processes
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity forecasting
• Partner with senior leadership and business units to support decision-making
• Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain and enhance FP&A systems and data integrity
• System - Sage 200

Profile:

The successful, temporary Financial Controller will either be have a background in Retail or Hospitality and have excellent excel skills.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Financial Controller role will be paying circa £450-£550 per day via an umbrella company, dependant on experience.
