HR Systems Consultant

Fully remote / Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to join a critical HR systems implementation project that requires immediate support. We need someone who can quickly add value and help drive the successful implementation of Cezanne HR.

Working closely with HR, IT, project stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the system through data analysis, testing, integrations and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of the Cezanne HR system.
• Analyse and validate HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Lead and support HR data migration activities.
• Work with technical teams on API integrations between Cezanne HR and other business systems.
• Develop, execute and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain comprehensive test scripts and testing documentation.
• Coordinate issue resolution during testing and implementation.
• Support penetration testing and security validation activities with technical teams.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and external implementation partners to deliver project milestones.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities to accelerate delivery.
• Provide implementation guidance, training and post-go-live support where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst, HR Systems Analyst or HR Systems Consultant.
• Experience delivering or supporting HR systems implementations.
• Strong HR data analysis and data management skills.
• Experience with HR data migration.
• Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to create detailed test scripts and testing documentation.
• Experience working with APIs and systems integrations.
• Experience supporting penetration/security testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and quickly become productive.

Desirable Experience

• Hands-on experience implementing Cezanne HR (highly desirable).
