A multi-asset family office based in Central London is recruiting a Team PA to support a Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing business with a fantastic culture and collaborative work environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Create and format high-quality presentations and investor materials
• Provide general admin support, maintain digital filing systems, and coordinate internal communications, events, and leadership meetings
• Travel management including detailed itineraries, all logistics and last-minute changes

Who you are:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant, PA or EA
• A confident communicator with a warm and professional approach
• Highly organised with a positive work ethic and proactive manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism and discretion
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Comes with:

• Salary up to £55k DOE
• Discretionary bonus and fantastic benefits
• Hybrid working, office based 4 days a week
• Core working hours 9-5:30pm
