Representations Officer - #2111179

Key Duties:

• Investigate and respond to parking-related correspondence in line with statutory processes, KPIs, and council procedures.
• Prepare cases and present evidence at adjudication hearings with the Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (London Tribunals).
• Review and manage parking permit and suspension applications within set timescales.
• Handle calls and emails within a specialist parking customer service environment.
• Identify trends in complaints and representations and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

Experience of working as a Representations Officer

Experience of investigating and responding to parking-related correspondence

Experience of working within a local authority
