  • Manage renewals, contract changes, novations and assignments
  • Develop standard contract templates, commercial playbooks and governance processes
  • Support the launch of new services by developing commercially robust contractual documentation
  • Act as the business's commercial advisor on contractual matters
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers to resolve contractual issues effectively

About You

We're looking for someone who brings strong commercial awareness alongside excellent contract management experience within a technology environment.

You'll ideally have experience of:

  • Commercial contract management within an IT Services, Managed Services or Technology organisation
  • Negotiating customer and supplier contracts
  • Managing the full contract lifecycle
  • Commercial risk management and governance

  • Influencing senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Producing clear commercial documentation and maintaining high governance standards

Desirable Experience:

  • Working within a high-growth or private equity-backed business

What's On Offer:

  • £55,000-£65,000 salary
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 5% matched pension
  • Private healthcare for you and your family
  • Life insurance
  • Fully remote working with occasional UK travel
  • The opportunity to build and shape a commercial contracts function
  • A collaborative and supportive culture with genuine career progression
