Data Control Analyst

Location - HEX London (Hybrid)

12 Month Contract

As a Data Control Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of our operations. Your mission? To ensure the precise input of static data and the smooth completion of daily team tasks. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and strives to exceed expectations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain customer registration, account details, and associated tasks in our systems.
• Monitor incoming Swift messages and ensure timely updates in settlement systems.
• Collaborate with teams such as Collateral Management and Treasury to manage data effectively.
• Identify and address data issues, ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
• Participate in creating and updating desktop procedures, adhering to operational guidelines.
• Conduct validation checks, manage queries, and support system enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to team objectives in working group meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual who can process information quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a deadline-driven role, showcasing your ability to meet tight schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel with a knack for data analysis.
• A self-motivated, energetic, and collaborative mindset.
• A Level education preferred.
