Salesforce Developer | £500 per day | Outside IR35 | Remote

I'm currently working with a growing organisation that is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer on an interim basis to enhance and evolve its internal Salesforce capability.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the future direction of the platform. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integration's, helping to deliver scalable solutions while driving technical excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

You'll work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to modernise the platform, reduce technical debt, establish development best practices, and contribute to the long-term Salesforce roadmap.

• Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build, maintain, and optimise integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs
• Identify and address technical debt, improving overall system performance, maintainability, and code quality
• Establish and champion Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices
• Deliver enhancements and new functionality across the Salesforce platform through hands-on development
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to shape and influence the Salesforce technology roadmap
