Description
- Provide cost management services on healthcare construction projects.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
- Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations.
- Advise on project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective.
- Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets.
- Support the delivery of NHS and other healthcare-related projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and cost management matters.
Profile
A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Professional qualification such as MRICS or similar.
- Strong background in quantity surveying and cost management.
- Experience working on healthcare or NHS-related construction projects.
- Skilled in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and standards.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
