PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
Join a highly regarded education provider as a Programme Coordinator, supporting the delivery of prestigious MBA programmes. This varied temporary role combines student support, programme administration and event coordination, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants both online and on campus. Ideal for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

PROGRAMME COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Coordinating the end-to-end administration and delivery of academic programmes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent student experience
  • Managing programme communications, virtual learning environments and student records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and accessible
  • Acting as a key point of contact for students, providing guidance, resolving queries and supporting engagement throughout the academic journey
  • Coordinating timetabling, coursework administration, assessments and examination processes in collaboration with academic and professional services teams
  • Supporting online and in-person learning delivery, working with internal stakeholders to enhance learning technologies and programme effectiveness
  • Organising programme activities and events, including inductions, welcome events, student committees and exchange programmes
  • Monitoring shared inboxes, preparing reports, maintaining records and managing programme-related financial and administrative processes
  • Building strong relationships with academic staff, students and external partners while supporting continuous improvement, recruitment and marketing initiatives for academic programmes
PROGRAMME COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating experience in programme administration within higher education or a similar environment
  • Working effectively within a team and collaborating with a range of stakeholders
  • Analysing and interpreting data to identifying key trends and communicating insights clearly
  • Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams to a high standard
  • Holding an undergraduate Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
