As a Dynamics 365 Consultant in London, you'll play a key role in configuring, customising, and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. This temporary role in the business services industry ensures smooth technology operations and supports organisational goals.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation journey, the organisation is reviewing its technology landscape to ensure its core platforms remain effective, scalable and aligned with future strategic goals.


Description


  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape.
  • Assess existing applications, solutions and platform capabilities.
  • Evaluate governance, ownership, support models and operational effectiveness.
  • Review business utilisation and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Assess solution architecture, integrations and technical dependencies.
  • Analyse data models and alignment with wider data strategies.
  • Identify platform risks, constraints and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate the suitability of Dynamics 365 as a long-term strategic platform.
  • Assess readiness to support future requirements including invoicing, billing, property and housing management capabilities.
  • Produce executive-level reports and recommendations.
  • Develop a prioritised roadmap for future improvements and investment.


Profile

A successful Dynamics 365 Consultant should have:

  • Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise platform assessments and health checks.
  • Strong enterprise architecture and solution design expertise.
  • Experience assessing complex business application environments.
  • Excellent understanding of integrations, dependencies and platform scalability.
  • Strong data architecture and data model evaluation experience.
  • Ability to identify strategic technology risks and opportunities.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and transformation recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Excellent written reporting and documentation skills.
