Krasa Clinic is a skin clinic in Mayfair, Central London. We're looking for a growth partner we can build a genuine long-term relationship with — someone confident enough in their ability to drive real results that they're happy to be paid purely on outcomes, and rewarded generously for it.

This is not a lead-gen role, and it's not a one-off gig. This is a high-commission, results-only partnership designed to grow over time with the right person.

• You're paid a strong, agreed fee for every new client who books through your efforts and actually attends their appointment in-clinic
• No walk-in, no fee — but for every walk-in you bring, you're paid well above typical lead-gen rates, because you're the one carrying the risk and delivering the outcome we actually care about
• As trust builds and volume grows, we're open to increasing commission rates, expanding scope, and making this an ongoing, exclusive-style partnership rather than a short-term contract

• Drive traffic and leads exclusively through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — this role is scoped to Meta only, not other channels
• Own the full funnel from click to walk-in, including building and managing automated follow-up sequences (SMS/email/WhatsApp) so booked leads don't go cold before their appointment
• Track and report your own attribution clearly so walk-ins can be verified against your campaigns
• Continuously refine targeting, creative, and follow-up messaging based on which leads actually convert to attended appointments — not just cheap clicks or bookings

• Highly skilled Meta Ads specialists who are confident in their conversion ability and want to be paid what they're actually worth for real results, not vanity metrics
• People with hands-on experience building automated follow-up systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Meta Lead Ads integrations) — you own the lead from ad click through to appointment attendance
• People with existing experience in aesthetics, skin clinics, med spas, or healthcare — you need to understand what makes someone actually show up, not just click
• People looking for a long-term partner relationship, not a one-off project — we want to grow with someone who consistently delivers
• Not a fit for anyone looking for guaranteed monthly income — this rewards performance, and only performance, but it rewards it well

• Access to clinic offers, treatment info, and brand assets
• A tracking/attribution system so your walk-ins are properly credited
• Coordination with follow-up systems where relevant, so leads aren't lost between channels
