Key responsibilities for this Recruitment Consultant position:
  • Managing and developing relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality temporary talent to client requirements
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement and aftercare
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the temporary division
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network through proactive attraction strategies
  • Providing market insights, salary guidance and consultative recruitment solutions
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a temporary recruitment environment
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
