SEND Case Officer - #2122648

Proactively manage caseloads of those service users with complex needs that meet the threshold for an EHC Plan.

1. To provide a consistent and high-quality support system for pupils with SEND through annual reviews, interventions, and collaborative practice.

2. To lead and support inclusive strategies in the classroom and mentor support staff in best practices.

3. To act as a key contact for families and external professionals involved in a pupil’s care and education.
