The Opportunity

Join a leading investment manager undergoing major transformation. You will own delivery across Agile squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business value.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving delivery excellence across technology and business change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile)
Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmaps
Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations
Ensure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria
Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering
Remove blockers and enable high-performing teams
Drive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

5+ years' delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation roles
Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background
Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
Track record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraints
Experience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
