Operations Analyst - Hedge Fund - £125-175k TC - #2114871

Our client, a highly respected, prestigious hedge fund with best-in-class performance, training, and employee compensation, are looking to hire a junior into their London based operations team.

The role will have a broad remit covering clearing, collateral management, managing prime broker relationships, trade life cycle management and it will have a core project work component (roughly 30-40% of the role). The hire will be given lots of autonomy and responsibility to build, run and manage key operational infrastructure / process improvement projects for the London business – It is possible to learn Python, VBA and SQL in this role.

Despite this being a junior position, with the ideal experience level being 2-4 years of experience, the role pays a significantly higher compensation than competitors will pay an analyst. The total compensation for the role in year one will be between £125-175k alongside excellent benefits and career progression opportunities. A sign on bonus (to compensate for any loss of bonus accrued) will be offered.
