Aftersales Manager – Audi Finchley Road

Working in our aftersales department as an Aftersales Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians and service advisors
  • Coach and motivate the teams
  • Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets
  • Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance

Helpful skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience of working within the automotive industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
  • Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads
  • Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
