London

A sought-after UK Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced CRM Campaign Manager with strong Braze expertise to play a key role in the delivery of a major customer engagement programme.

This is a hands-on delivery-focused role where you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising CRM campaigns and customer journeys, helping the business maximise the value of their investment in Braze. With significant growth targets, improved customer data capabilities, and a major new service launch planned, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic CRM thinking with hands-on campaign execution and automation expertise, ideally within a regulated Financial Services environment.

The Role

You will work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Data and Customer teams to create and deliver highly targeted, personalised customer experiences. A key focus will be driving engagement amongst premium and high-net-worth customer segments through sophisticated lifecycle and journey-based communications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering CRM campaign strategies aligned to business and customer objectives.
  • Building, deploying and optimising campaigns and customer journeys within Braze.
  • Designing and managing automated customer communications and lifecycle programmes.
  • Creating and maintaining Braze Canvases, workflows, audience segmentation and campaign logic.
  • Using customer insights, behavioural data and performance analytics to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Supporting the development of CRM roadmaps, engagement strategies and campaign calendars.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Collaborating with data, marketing, product and operational teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Implementing test-and-learn frameworks, A/B testing and journey optimisation strategies.
  • Producing clear reporting and practical insights for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring CRM activities comply with relevant regulatory and data governance requirements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CRM Campaign Manager, CRM Specialist or CRM Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and delivering campaigns using Braze.
  • Expertise in customer journey design, lifecycle marketing, automation and personalisation.
  • Experience creating and managing Braze Canvases, workflows and automated programmes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer segmentation and engagement frameworks.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing CRM plans from concept through to delivery.
  • Previous experience working within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investments, Pensions or another regulated environment.
  • Experience engaging premium, affluent or high-net-worth (HNW) customer segments would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate commercial objectives into effective CRM activity and measurable outcomes.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to lead the optimisation of a recently implemented Braze platform.
  • Play a pivotal role in launching a new customer proposition and engagement programme.
  • Work with improving data capabilities and sophisticated customer targeting opportunities.
  • High-profile role with significant visibility across the business.
  • Immediate impact opportunity within a growing CRM function.
