Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A and financing mandates across the infrastructure and energy landscape.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
- Conduct industry, company and market research to support client engagements.
- Prepare client presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials.
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions from inception through to completion.
Candidate Profile
- Must have: 2-3 years' of fulltime experience within M&A post internship.
- Must have: Experience at a leading investment bank or boutique - working on live M&A mandates.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Ideally has exposure to Infrastructure, Energy or related industries.
- Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated interest in international markets and cross-border transactions.
