An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial and Corporate Disputes Paralegal to join a busy disputes team on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on disclosure review for a significant shareholder dispute, alongside legal research, drafting and wider case support.

Client Details

Our client is a well-regarded London law firm with an established reputation for handling complex commercial and corporate disputes. Their litigation team advises on a broad range of high-value and strategically important matters for a diverse client base.

Description

  • Conduct relevance and privilege reviews of disclosure documents.
  • Assist with a large-scale disclosure exercise in ongoing litigation.
  • Support solicitors and partners on an unfair prejudice petition.
  • Carry out legal and factual research.
  • Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and analyse case materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and matter documentation.
  • Liaise with fee earners and wider case teams.
  • Assist with preparation for hearings and case deadlines.
  • Provide general support across ongoing litigation matters.

Profile

  • Previous litigation paralegal experience is essential.
  • Experience of document review and disclosure processes is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to review large volumes of documents accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical ability.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Ideally able to commit fully for the duration of the assignment.
  • Full UK working rights are essential.
