Tiger Private is seeking an experienced, professional, and discreet Permanent Live-Out Housekeeper to join a fully staffed household for a UHNW family. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes genuine pride in delivering the highest standards of housekeeping.
The property is a substantial family home occupied by a lovely family with four young children and is maintained to exacting standards. The successful candidate will work alongside an established household team, including a House Manager, five Housekeepers, three Nannies, two Chefs, three Drivers, a Security Team, and a PA.

The property is a substantial family home occupied by a lovely family with four young children and is maintained to exacting standards. The successful candidate will work alongside an established household team, including a House Manager, five Housekeepers, three Nannies, two Chefs, three Drivers, a Security Team, and a PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all daily housekeeping duties to an exceptional standard.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the residence, ensuring immaculate presentation throughout.
- Laundry and wardrobe management, including washing, ironing, handwashing, and caring for delicate and luxury fabrics.
- Cleaning and maintaining marble, stone, and other specialist surfaces using appropriate methods.
- Caring for fine furniture, silver, antiques, artwork, and other valuable household items.
- Changing bed linen and maintaining guest and family bedrooms.
- Flower arranging and ensuring fresh floral displays are beautifully presented.
- Supporting the wider housekeeping team to ensure the smooth running of the household.
- Maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail at all times.
- Working in a pet-friendly environment.
- Previous experience working within a UHNW private household or luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional housekeeping and laundry skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience caring for delicate fabrics, fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and specialist surfaces.
- A proactive, positive, and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large household team.
- Physically fit and energetic, as the property spans four floors and includes eight en-suite bedrooms, a cinema, swimming pool, and extensive living spaces.
- Flexible attitude towards working patterns, including rotating weekend cover with the housekeeping team.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with excellent references.
- 5 days per week.
- 9-hour working days.
- Flexibility is essential, as the housekeeping rota includes occasional weekend working shared amongst the team.
