Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a background in construction, manufacturing or engineering, looking for the opportunity to drive business growth with an established UK business?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory, developing long-term relationships with customers while identifying new commercial opportunities. In this role, you'll develop and deliver strategic sales plans, build a strong pipeline of new business, grow existing customer accounts and represent the business across your region. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help ensure an excellent customer experience while contributing to the company's ongoing commercial success.

This position would suit a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience within manufacturing, engineering or construction, looking to join a stable and growing organisation where initiative, autonomy and results are recognised and rewarded.

The Role

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Generate new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems and accurate forecasting

The Person

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development role within manufacturing, engineering or construction
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to win and develop profitable business
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
