An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join a leading Intellectual Property team, for a law firm based in the City of London.
Supporting the Registry Services team, you'll manage a range of trade mark and design formalities, helping to protect clients' IP portfolios while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file trade mark and design applications.
- Handle registry forms, renewals, oppositions and recordals.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Process registry correspondence and client portfolios.
- Prepare cost estimates and trade mark schedules.
- Support process improvements and administrative projects.
- At least two years' experience within a trade marks practice.
- Strong knowledge of trade mark and design formalities.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- CITMA Paralegal Qualification is desirable but not essential.
