Programme Manager – Aladdin Migration Programme
Location: London / Hybrid (x3 days on site per week)
Contract: 6 Months (Inside IR35) w/ long term scope to extend
Rate: £800-900 per day

The Role
Our client, is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support a strategic investment technology transformation programme.
The role will focus on the migration of Benchmark funds currently managed on BlackRock Aladdin onto an OMS platform, including the transition of associated integrations into our clients Funds Ecosystem.

This is a key role requiring strong programme governance, stakeholder management and delivery oversight across business, technology and third-party teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead programme delivery activities across the Aladdin offboarding and OMS migration programme.
Manage programme governance, planning, RAID management, reporting and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate delivery across technology, investment operations, business and external vendor teams.
Manage dependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful delivery against milestones.
Support migration activities including:
- Fund migration from Aladdin to OMS
- OMS integration into Funds Ecosystem
- Regulatory and disclosure reporting integrations
Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and successful implementation.

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex transformation programmes.
Strong background within Asset Management / Investment Management / Financial Services.
Experience managing large-scale technology change initiatives including onboarding/offboarding activities.
Strong stakeholder management and programme governance experience.
Understanding of investment management platforms, OMS solutions or front-to-back investment processes.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience with BlackRock Aladdin.
Experience delivering investment platform migrations or OMS transformations.
Experience working within a buy-side / asset management environment.
Exposure to platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River or similar investment technology solutions.
