Our client is a global sports organisation that operate in over 214 countries who are seeking an ambitious and confident Finance Assistant to join their team in South-West London. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in an accountancy role and will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Duties:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts.
• Complete daily cash allocation and ensure accurate posting of all receipts.
• Conduct daily banking checks and flag discrepancies immediately.
• Assist with Accounts Payable reconciliation during month-end close.
• Support generation of routine financial reports and month-end schedules as needed
• Act as the company's Pleo Champion, supporting employees with card usage, approvals, receipts policy compliance, and platform management.

  • Working hours: based on 35 hours per week. Normal office hours are Monday to Friday. Core Hours are 10am-4pm.
