This opportunity is designed for experienced advisers who have outgrown large corporate environments and are seeking a boutique, FCA-regulated firm that supports an entrepreneurial approach.

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own client book within established governance and compliance frameworks, benefiting from a competitive revenue share, flexible working arrangements, and institutional-grade infrastructure.

The Role

This is not a trainee position or a build-from-scratch opportunity. It is intended for experienced advisers who already manage private clients on an Execution Only, Advisory, or Discretionary basis and are seeking a more flexible operating model with performance-linked remuneration.

You'll bring your existing client relationships and transition them onto a regulated investment platform. From there, you'll continue managing and developing client relationships in accordance with FCA requirements, supported by dedicated compliance, operational, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Transition your existing private client book onto a regulated investment platform.
  2. Drive the organic growth of your client portfolio while maintaining robust client records and governance standards.
  3. Conduct regular client reviews, including portfolio updates and objective reassessments.
  4. Build long-term client relationships through suitable advice and portfolio management.
About the Firm

Our client is an established London-based, FCA-regulated investment advisory firm providing tailored investment solutions to affluent and high-net-worth individuals. Advisers have access to a broad range of investment solutions, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and money market funds, supported by an established investment infrastructure.

Benefits
  1. Competitive revenue share.
  2. Flexible working structure.
  3. Access to market-leading platforms and investment solutions.
  4. Ongoing regulatory and operational support.
  5. Opportunities to expand professional networks.
The Person
  1. At least five years' experience in private client investment or advisory.
  2. Currently managing UK-based clients with a transferable client book.
  3. RDR compliant with the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (or equivalent).
  4. Holds a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  5. Commercially minded, self-motivated, and focused on building long-term client relationships.
What's Next

If you're looking to take greater ownership of your client relationships within a flexible, performance-based structure, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this opportunity with you.
