What You'll Be Doing
- Leading complex strategy engagements and managing project teams across multiple workstreams.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.
- Advising organisations on how technology can support broader business objectives and transformation agendas.
- Developing technology strategies, target operating models and long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, drive growth and enhance service delivery through technology.
- Creating business cases and investment strategies to support major technology initiatives.
- Contributing to thought leadership, market insights and industry-focused propositions.
- Supporting business development activity, proposal creation and client relationship management.
- Mentoring consultants and helping develop high-performing project teams.
- Experience delivering technology strategy, digital transformation or business transformation programmes.
- Previous exposure to Health, Public Sector or broader Government-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and client engagements.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting growth and business development activities.
