PayFit is taking direct responsibility for managing its clients' payroll. That means we need people who can accurately carry out payroll-cycle operations for each company - and that's where you come in.

As a People Operations Admin, you will be part of the team that makes it possible for thousands of companies in Spain to keep their payroll in order every month. No previous payroll experience is required: we will train you on everything you need to know.

Your main tasks will be:

Creating and updating employees in the platform.

Managing contract terminations and contract changes (working hours, category, contract type).

Transfers and salary changes. Payroll adjustments.

Managing wage garnishments and salary advances.

Uploading monetary variables, benefits in kind, and allowances/expenses. Reviewing absences and entering holidays.

Reviewing IRPF withholding tax. Generating and sending SEPA files. Uploading professional invoices.

Registering Social Security subsidies and FUNDAE training. Updating public holiday calendars.

You will work with well-defined tools and processes, supported by a team that will guide you from day one.

What are we looking for?

University student or recent graduate - any field.

Native or advanced level Spanish / English depending on country Fluent use of digital tools and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets). Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.

Organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.

Discretion and commitment to confidentiality - you will work with sensitive employee and company data.●

Interest in administration, HR, or finance is a plus.
