Play an integral role within our Corporate Real Estate team that designs and manages our workplaces across London and the EMEA region. We create spaces that support our people, reflect our culture, and meet changing business needs.

What role will you play?

In this role you will shape workplace strategies and support the delivery of projects across our EMEA offices, including supporting major redesign and restacking initiatives. Through your architectural knowledge and strong communication skills, you will translate business needs into practical space plans. Partnering with internal teams and consultants your work will help ensure our workplaces are efficient, innovative, and aligned with our standards. As well as supporting day to day occupancy planning and small project delivery.

What you offer

  • 5 years' + experience in workplace planning, architecture, interior design, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and space planning skills, including the ability to interpret and produce stacking plans.
  • Experienced in AutoCAD and confident reading architectural drawings.
  • Qualifications within architecture, interior design and related fields are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a collaborative and client focused approach.
