This position is within the real estate sector, and an industry leader in Sales and Lettings Agency. Based in their Head office in the City, you will be part of a huge support team and HR function.
Description
As Personal Assistant to Chief People Officer, you will:
- Manage the Chief People Officer's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action points.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks when needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external events.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant to the Chief People Officer should have:
- Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role within the Real Estate Sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Bonus scheme.
- 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays.
