About the Role

The Employment & Discrimination Solicitor is responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, assistance, and representation to users of the Law Centre.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
  • Have substantial experience and expert knowledge of employment and discrimination law.
  • Be experienced in Employment Tribunal practice and procedure.
  • Have the ability to act on clients' instructions in negotiating and concluding settlement agreements.
  • Be client-focused, with a results-oriented approach and a strong commitment to social justice and our organisational values.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, advocacy, and case management skills.
