We're looking for an experienced Event Producer to join a fast-paced team delivering an exciting portfolio of B2B conferences, roundtables and live industry events for one of the marketing industry's leading media brands. You'll take ownership of multiple projects, working with senior stakeholders, high-profile speakers and sponsors to create exceptional event experiences.

The Role
This is a hands-on production role where no two days are the same. You'll oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing event agendas and ensuring all programme updates are delivered accurately.
  • Researching, recruiting and managing high-profile speakers.
  • Coordinating speaker communications, briefing documents, assets and diary management.
  • Updating event websites with agendas, speaker profiles and ticket information.
  • Working closely with sponsors and client services to deliver sponsored content and event deliverables.
  • Partnering with the marketing team to maximise delegate registrations.
  • Managing venue logistics and supplier relationships.
  • Planning and delivering an outstanding attendee experience.
  • Coordinating event content, presentations, graphics and production assets.
  • Liaising with internal teams and production partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Leading on-site event operations and troubleshooting on event days.

About You
You'll be an organised and confident Event Producer who enjoys juggling multiple projects while keeping every detail under control.

  • Previous experience producing B2B conferences, exhibitions, awards or corporate events.
  • Experience managing senior speakers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating venues, suppliers and event logistics.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to drive delegate attendance would be advantageous.

What's on Offer
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering some of the industry's most recognised events. You'll gain exposure to high-profile brands, industry leaders and innovative event formats while taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful delivery.

If you're an experienced Event Producer looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
