• Review and reconcile billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing data is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update client billing records and information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide support to the finance team on ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing queries and payment follow-ups.

Profile

A successful Billing Specialist should have:

• Experience in billing or a related finance role, ideally within professional services.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software.
