The successful Project Manager will work on high-profile commercial schemes across London, providing end-to-end project management services on complex refurbishment, fit-out and development projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to take greater ownership of projects and work directly with major clients and professional teams. The Project Manager will be joining a collaborative environment with strong opportunities for progression, and will gain exposure to challenging London projects from early feasibility through to completion.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

The Project Manager will manage programmes, budgets, risk registers, procurement strategies and stakeholder communication while chairing project meetings and reporting directly to clients. They will also oversee contract administration, monitor construction progress and ensure projects are delivered against agreed cost, programme and quality objectives.

The role will suit a Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a client-facing position and understands the demands of fast-paced commercial property projects.

The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will ideally have:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy
  • Strong experience delivering commercial office, refurbishment, fit-out or development projects
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualification, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages
  • Strong knowledge of procurement routes and construction contracts
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercially aware and organised approach to project delivery

In Return?
  • £50,000-£60,000
  • Pension contribution
  • Professional membership fees
  • Support towards chartership and further professional development
  • Clear opportunities for career progression
  • Exposure to major commercial projects across London
  • Supportive and experienced senior management team
