Advertising Agency | London | Hybrid - 28k-32k
An independent advertising agency is looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit Finance team. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts.
What you'll do:
- Process bank payments and receipts
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure all accounts queries are resolved within agreed timeframes
- Perform month-end reconciliations
What you'll need:
- 12-18 months of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Ideally a degree qualified in Maths, Accounting, or Business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and non-finance staff
- Experience with SAGE 200 is a plus
