Marketing Manager - B2C / Retail Investment - Stephen Bell Associates - #2121995

Our client is a successful and ambitious boutique asset manager with an exciting opportunity for aLondon-based Marketing Manager to join the business and work closely with a Fractional CMO.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strongB2C bias, ideal for a marketer who understands how to engage retail investors and consumers through compelling content, digital channels and targeted campaigns.

We are particularly interested in candidates with marketing experience gained withinasset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services or fintech, where you have marketed products or services directly to consumers or retail investors.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and delivering high-impactB2C marketing campaigns targeting retail investors, alongside activity supporting intermediary audiences
2. Creating engaging campaigns and content that make investment products and propositionsclear, relevant and compelling to retail audiences
3. Refreshing and developing the firm'sdigital presence, including website, email, social media and other digital channels
4. Driving brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation through effectivedigital marketing and campaign activity
5. Managing marketing content, messaging and communications across digital and print channels
6. Producing compelling marketing collateral, presentations, thought leadership and other client-facing materials
7. Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns and marketing projects from concept through to execution
8. Supporting the development of the firm's brand and ensuring aconsistent customer experience across all touchpoints
9. Using marketing technology, data and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
10. Ensuring marketing activity and communications meet relevantfinancial services regulatory and compliance requirements
11. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, agencies and other external partners

The successful candidate will be acommercial, digitally minded and hands-on marketer who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and can take ownership of projects from idea through to delivery.

You will ideally have proven marketing experience withinasset management, retail investment, wealth management, financial services, fintech or another highly regulated consumer-facing environment;strongB2C marketing experience, with a track record of engaging consumers, retail investors or customers; experience developing and executingintegrated digital campaigns;a strong understanding of digital marketing, content and marketing technology and experience in using automation and AI to support marketing activity.
